New Dell Monitors Arrived!

Dell has amazing customer support and lighting fast delivery times. I ordered two 24″ monitors over the phone on Tuesday and they were processed and shipped by Wednesday morning. Apple lags way behind Dell on customer support and quickness. The Apple laptop that I ordered last summer took a week to process and 10 days to ship. I’m still waiting for an Apple keyboard that I ordered three weeks ago. The keyboard’s estimated arrival date is Sept 25th.
The monitors arrived Friday morning at the office. Using Matrox’s DualHead2Go, I successfully hooked up both monitors to my Macbook Pro and have them running at 1900×1200 resolution.
They look great!

I just ordered 2 x 2007wfp, I hope they ship as fast as your 2407’s did!
I’m using an 17″ iMac + a 24″ Dell and love it.
Great idea to use the DaulHead2Go to get 2 24″s working!
And I thought I’d have to go with a Mac Pro to get this…
I have a 24 inch iMac and the Mac Book Pro.
I find the 24 inch screen great! Being able to have multiple documents and applications open, and all visible at the same time, in my work as an Information Architect, invaluable.

Nice, I’ve got a 24 going at work hooked up to my Mac Book Pro… Love it but I’d love it even more with a second one.
I’ll be sure to ask you how it’s working out at the next meetup. That and tweaking out the colour accuracy on the Dell display.

Where did you find the DualHead2Go? Did you order direct from Matrox?
How are you finding the colors on the dell monitor with os x? OR they correct? or did you have to adjust them?
